Beeting the rap
So lemme get this straight: Two college kids who put themselves through school working at A&P make a funny YouTube rap video about produce, with sexual innuendo and some other juvenile stuff. They never mention A&P, and it's not filmed inside the store. But one of 'em is wearing an A&P cap.
So of course, A&P fires 'em and sues. I guess as soon as you put their baseball cap on, you're expected to become a walking PR flack for the grocery chain? This has got to be the weakest harassment suit ever.

I've been tracking the rumors about the supposedly upcoming Google Phone with interest. The latest has it that it will be released in the first quarter of next year. I've been a dedicated Mac fan since my dad purchased the original Mac 128k, but I think I might bypass the iPhone in favor of this. Best I can figure, Google has out-Appled Apple. Let's face it: The iPhone seems to have succumbed to feature-creep. It does a lot, but doesn't do anything particularly well. Google, on the other hand, is keeping things simple and focusing on what it's good at -- Google Maps with GPS could turn out to be the iPhone killer. Of course, so could this ...
